Hello, i am Joss Bruneliere, a curious, multi-disciplinary video editor, post producer, animator and VFX artist with more than 10 years of experience in advertising and motion design.
I am a passionate project pursuer going under the alias of Petit Idiot, where I indulge my passion for side-projects, from film making to animation, VFX and photography.
I am currently learning Blender and Cinema 4d.
Career Highlights
My creative adventure began in 2001; I created home-made short films that featured some special effects along with my family and friends.
In 2018 I was lucky enough to edit an advertisement that became viral. It was the publicity campaign for the national soccer team and Coca-Cola, as part of the campaign “Demuestra que Crees” (Reasons to Believe) for the world cup in Russia.
From time to time I give talks about my personal projects and creative processes. You can see one of my talks here.
In 2014 I finished my Master’s degree by completing a short film at the backlot of Universal Studios in Burbank, California.
Fun Facts About me
I am an avid reader. My favorite authors are Stephen King, Ursula K. Le Guin, Alan Moore, Isabel Allende and Neil Gaiman.
I am a big kid that enjoys video games. You will usually find me playing on my Nintendo Switch at night.
In 2005 I participated in a contest where we had to create a short film in 24 hours. Although it was a difficult task, I made it!
