Tierra: Zaavia / VFX

Tierra is a fashion film looking to portray the connection between humans and the elements through dancing.

After carrying out this fashion film, the production team identified certain location issues causing visual noise and which drew attention from the film.

The biggest challenge here was synchronizing one pose with different hands. Out of the four hands that had to be in the frame at the same time, one had a slight delay. I was able to synchronize all hands, through Rotoscoping in a way that is almost imperceptible.

I was able to remove the most notable elements, like a hose in a couple of takes and a lighting tower that could be seen from a distance, through the Matte Painting technique.
