Sleepover
It’s 3:30 am and the doorbell rings, suddenly waking a man up. It would seem like there is no one outside but, what about inside? Director Kiko Morah directed and wrote this independent horror short film.
Prosthetics had to be light so we could create a complete effect. I had to cover the actress’s white part of the eyes so they had an even color and texture.
In order to do the finishes of the creature, I modified its face’s physiognomy so it looked more threatening. It was a complicated challenge since all of the material was recorded with a hand camera; therefore supervision at the set was essential so we could do the tracking during the post-production process.
